‘Jersey Shore’ Star Ronnie Ortiz is Set for Season 4 in Italy
“Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Ortiz has been cleared to participate in the fourth season of the hit MTV reality show, which will film in Italy next month. Ortiz is currently facing assault charges for a 2009 fight, which was shown on the first season of the series.
Ronnie’s rocky relationship with on again, off again girlfriend, Sammi Giancola, has become of of “Jersey Shore’s” biggest story lines. Both Ron and Sam have seen some drama over the past week. Luckily fans will get to see the relationship play out even more as the two will be living together in Italy.
Fans remember Ronnie’s fight from season one of “Jersey Shore.” Ortiz punched a man outside a Seaside bar and knocked him out cold. Police then arrested Ronnie, who was later charged and faced up to five years behind bars.
However, Ronnie is currently awaiting approval into a pretrial program, that would leave him without a criminal record. Ortiz will find out his fate in June. Until that time Ronnie will hopefully bring some entertaining drama to Italy for fans to watch during season four of “Jersey Shore.”
